- Each abstract must be registered online and paid for by an author or presenter.

- Early bird rates are available for registration and payment completed by September 10, 2026.

Registration Guideline

APWS 2026 provides an Early Registration Fee until Sep. 10(Thu.), 2026 to generate discounted rates of the registration fee for those highly interested in the conference.

Online Early Registration at the official website is highly recommended to all participants of the conference.

Registration Procedure

STEP 2Click the ‘Registration Submission/Status’ menu

STEP 3Fill out the ‘Registration Submission’ form and submit

STEP 4Check details and scroll down to make payment

STEP 5[CARD] Click the ‘Pay Now’ button and proceed online card payment

[Bank Transfer] Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee

STEP 6Confirmation letter will be sent to you

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Please send a written notice via email to the APWS 2026 Secretariat at apws2026@xidian.edu.cn to request a refund and cancel your registration.

2. Any bank charges or service fees associated with the refund shall be borne by the registrant.

3. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
